5. Ordering and contract formation

Submitting an order form on this Site constitutes an offer to purchase the selected product(s). A contract between you and Merton Nutrition Ltd is formed only when we confirm your order by telephone or email. We reserve the right to decline any order.

Prices are displayed inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs, if any, are communicated at the point of order confirmation. All prices are in GBP.

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

6. Payment

We offer payment on delivery (cash) and card payment options as indicated at checkout. Payment by card is processed via a PCI-DSS-compliant payment processor. We do not store full card details on our systems.

7. Delivery

We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days from order confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal service disruptions.

8. Returns and cancellations

Your statutory right to cancel an order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 applies. You may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without giving a reason. See our Refund Policy for the full procedure.
